Term Software. For the Software identified in the Term Software Table below, Ellucian grants Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software during the Term on the Equipment residing within the Territory for Client’s internal use only and subject to all use restrictions and limitations set forth in the Agreement. This license with respect to Term Software will begin on the Beginning Date and will continue until the Expiration Date (as those terms are specified below).
