Common use of Term Sheet Clause in Contracts

Term Sheet. The Term Sheet is incorporated by reference herein and is made part of this Agreement as if fully set forth herein. The general terms and conditions of the Restructuring are set forth in the Term Sheet; provided, however, that the Term Sheet is supplemented by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In the event of any inconsistencies between the terms of this Agreement and the Term Sheet, the Term Sheet shall govern.

In the event of any inconsistencies inconsistency between the terms of Term Sheet and this Agreement and the Term SheetAgreement, the Term Sheet shall governcontrol.

In the event of a conflict between any inconsistencies between the terms term or provision contained herein and a term or provision of this Agreement and the Term Sheet, the applicable terms and provisions of the Term Sheet shall governwill govern and prevail.

In in the event of any inconsistencies inconsistency between the terms of this Agreement and the Term SheetSheet (including the attachments thereto, as applicable), the Term Sheet (including the attachments thereto, as applicable) shall governcontrol.
