Common use of Term Sheet Clause in Contracts

Term Sheet. The Company will prepare a final term sheet, containing solely a description of final terms of the Securities and the offering thereof, in the form approved by you and attached as Schedule IV hereto, and will file such term sheet pursuant to Rule 433(d) within the time required by such rule.
