Term; Removal. Each Representative appointed shall serve until a successor is appointed by the Persons entitled to appoint such Representative hereunder by written notice to the Corporation and the other Representatives or his or her earlier resignation, death or removal. A Representative may resign at any time upon written notice to the Committee. The Person or Persons entitled to designate a specific Representative shall be the only Person or Persons entitled to remove such Representative.
