Common use of TERM; POSSESSION Clause in Contracts

TERM; POSSESSION. The "Term" commences on April 27, 2018 (the "Commencement Date") and expires at midnight on April 26, 2033, or such earlier date as this Lease is terminated pursuant to its express terms. The "Expiration Date" is the date on which the then current Term is scheduled to expire pursuant to the terms of this Lease. A “Lease Year” is a one year period commencing on the Commencement Date and each anniversary thereof during the Term; provided, however, if the Commencement Date is not the first day of a month, the first Lease Year will begin on the first day of the month immediately following the month in which the Commencement Date occurs.
