Common use of Term of this Employment Agreement Clause in Contracts

Term of this Employment Agreement. Subject to Sections 4 and 5 hereof, the Term of this Employment Agreement shall be for a period of twenty-four (24) months, commencing October 1, 2001 and terminating September 30, 2003.
