TERM OF TAX REGULATORY AGREEMENT. This Tax Regulatory Agreement shall be effective from the Date of Issuance through the date that the last Bond is redeemed, paid or deemed paid pursuant to the terms of the Indenture, except that the requirements of Section 4.05 hereof shall survive until six years after the retirement of the last obligations of the Bonds.
