Term of PSA Sample Clauses

Term of PSA. The term of this PSA (“PSA Term”) shall commence on the Effective Date and shall expire on the earlier of: (i) the date the District issues a Notice to Proceed for the Project; or (ii) the date that is one year after the Effective Date. The Parties may agree in writing to extend the PSA Term. However, for avoidance of doubt, a primary goal among others underlying this PSA is that the Contractor shall perform the Preconstruction Services within such times as will allow the District to obtain all required approvals for the Project prior to the Required Commencement Date specified in Exhibit A to the CSA, so that the District may issue a Notice to Proceed prior to the Required Commencement Date.
