Term Meaning. Records All records and information relevant to the performance of your obligations under this Agreement. The records include those that are held by you, your staff, your subcontractors or otherwise held on your behalf, and includes records in all forms including written and electronic forms. For the avoidance of doubt “records” includes patient records.
