Common use of Term Location Clause in Contracts

Term Location. (a) The Company hereby employs the Executive, and the Executive hereby accepts such employment, in the capacities and upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, during the Contract Term. (b) In no event shall the Executive’s office be relocated without his prior written consent.
