Term Loan Document Clause Samples
Term Loan Document. This Fifth Amendment is a “Term Loan Document” as defined and described in the Term Loan Credit Agreement, and all of the terms and provisions of the Term Loan Credit Agreement relating to Term Loan Documents shall apply hereto.
Term Loan Document. This Third Amendment is a “Term Loan Document” as defined and described in the Credit Agreement, and all of the terms and provisions of the Credit Agreement relating to Term Loan Documents shall apply hereto.
Term Loan Document. This Sixth Amendment is a “Term Loan Document” as defined and described in the Term Loan Credit Agreement, and all of the terms and provisions of the Term Loan Credit Agreement relating to Term Loan Documents shall apply hereto.
Term Loan Document is as defined in the Term Loan Agreement and includes without limitation this Security Agreement.
