Term Loan Commitments. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein each Term Lender agrees, severally and not jointly, to make a Term Loan in Dollars to the Borrower on the Closing Date in an amount equal to the Term Loan Commitment of such Term Lender; provided, however, that after giving effect to any Term Loan, the Total Outstanding Amount of all Lenders shall not exceed the Borrowing Base.
