Common use of Term Lender Clause in Contracts

Term Lender. Each Existing Amendment No. 3 Lender that does not execute a Lender Consent shall have the entire aggregate principal amount of its Existing Amendment No. 3 Term Loans outstanding immediately prior to the Amendment No. 4 Effective Date prepaid by the Borrower on the Amendment No. 4

Each Existing Amendment No. 3 2 Lender that does not execute a Lender Consent shall have the entire aggregate principal amount of its Existing Amendment No. 3 2 Term Loans outstanding immediately prior to the Amendment No. 4 3 Effective Date prepaid by the Borrower on the Amendment No. 43
