Common use of Term Ends Clause in Contracts

Term Ends. The Term ends at 5:00 p.m. on May 8, 2024 or such other dates as the College may designate.1 The forgoing notwithstanding, the College reserves the right to require the Student to vacate the Room within 24 hours or less after completing the Student’s last final examination of a semester. Graduating seniors should contact Residence Life and Housing if they need an extension of the Term due to commencement.
