The Term End Date clause defines the specific date on which an agreement or contract will expire. It establishes a clear endpoint for the parties' obligations, meaning that all duties, rights, and responsibilities under the contract cease on this date unless otherwise extended or renewed. By specifying the termination date, this clause provides certainty and helps prevent disputes about the duration of the agreement, ensuring both parties are aware of when their commitments conclude.
Term End Date. The last day of a Term for a Shield Option. This is the day any applicable Performance Rate will be credited to a Shield Option. The first day of a Term for a Shield Option. The period of time that withdrawal charges may be assessed as shown on the Contract Schedule.

Term End Date. The Term will end on:
(a) the close of business of the day that is exactly years after the License Effective Date, or
(b) the expiry or final determination of invalidity of the last Valid Claim within the Licensed Patents that covers the making, using, offering for sale, selling or importing of Licensed Product under this License Agreement, whichever is the last to occur, unless terminated earlier under Article 17 of this License Agreement. Please fill out each section in full, identifying in the Royalty Summary Table the unit sales and geographical sales areas. If the licence with Institution involves several product lines, please prepare a separate Summary Table for each product line. For licences involving sublicensing revenue, please prepare an additional report for each sublicense.
Term End Date. This Agreement commences on the Start Date and continues until the end date indicated on the Grant Award Notice (“End Date”), unless terminated earlier as provided in this Agreement. Altura, in its discretion, may approve in writing any request by Recipient for a no-cost extension, including amending the End Date and adjusting any affected reporting requirements.
