Term/Effective Date. This Participation Agreement shall become effective upon approval and execution by the CAMPO Executive Board, the GoTriangle Board of Trustees and at least two Eligible Participant Parties (“Effective Date”). The Term of this Participation Agreement shall be from the Effective Date until June 30, 2042, unless otherwise amended by the prior express written agreement of the Parties.
