Common use of Term/Effective Date Clause in Contracts

Term/Effective Date. This Agreement shall become effective only upon approval and/or ratification by the District’s Board of Education in an open, noticed meeting, proper execution by the Parties and certification by the Chief Financial Officer as to the availability of funds. The term for these Services shall commence on July 1, 2021 shall expire on June 30, 2022 unless terminated earlier pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

Term/Effective Date. The term for these Services shall commence on July 11st, 2021 shall expire on June 30, 2022 2021 unless terminated earlier pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
