Term Description. Certificate Of Incorporation Reorganized Group will adopt revised by-laws and a revised certificate of incorporation. Terms of Reinstated IHC Second Lien Notes $123,471,201 principal amount of IHC Second Lien Notes to be reinstated with no changes to the indenture or Intercreditor Agreement governing the IHC Second Lien Notes; provided, however, that the indenture governing the IHC Second Lien Notes shall be modified as reflected in the supplemental indenture attached as an exhibit hereto.
