Term Conversion. In the instance of an opening for a term, tenure-track, or continuing-track position currently held by a Member on a term appointment, the President, upon joint recommendation of the appropriate ▇▇▇▇/Director and Department, may offer the position to the incumbent, negat- ing the process outlined in Article 15.
