Term Breaks Sample Clauses
A Term Breaks clause defines specific circumstances under which the duration of an agreement or contract can be interrupted or ended before its originally scheduled expiration. Typically, this clause outlines the events or conditions—such as breach of contract, mutual agreement, or the occurrence of certain triggers—that allow one or both parties to terminate the agreement early. By clearly specifying when and how a contract can be broken, the clause provides flexibility and protection for both parties, ensuring that they are not bound to unfavorable terms if significant changes or issues arise.
