Common use of Term Borrowings Clause in Contracts

Term Borrowings. (i) Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, each Term Lender severally agrees to make a term loan to the Borrower denominated in Dollars (a “Term B Loan”) on the Closing Date in a principal amount equal to its Term Commitment. The Borrower may make only one borrowing under the initial Term Commitments, which shall be on the Closing Date. Any amount borrowed under this Section 2.1(1) and subsequently repaid or prepaid may not be reborrowed.

Term Borrowings. The Borrower may make only one borrowing under the initial Lender’s Term Commitments, which shall be B Commitment on the Closing Date. Any amount Amounts borrowed under this Section 2.1(1) 2.01 and subsequently repaid or prepaid may not be reborrowed. The Initial Term Loans may be Base Rate Loans or Eurodollar Rate Loans, as further provided herein.
