If Tenant disagrees with Landlord’s adjustment of the Commencement Date, Tenant shall pay Rent and perform all other obligations commencing on the date determined by Landlord, subject to refund or credit when the matter is resolved.

If Tenant disagrees with Landlord's adjustment of the Lease Commencement Date, Lease Expiration Date or other dates as adjusted herein, Tenant shall pay Rent and perform all other obligations commencing and ending on the date or dates determined by Landlord, subject to refund or credit when the matter is resolved.
