Tenant shall execute a confirmation of the Commencement Date and other matters in such form as Landlord may reasonably request within ten (10) days after requested (but nothing herein shall require Landlord to so request); any failure to respond within such time shall be deemed an acceptance of the matters as set forth in Landlord’s confirmation. If Tenant disagrees with Landlord’s adjustment of the Commencement Date, Tenant shall pay Rent and perform all other obligations commencing on the date determined by Landlord, subject to refund or credit when the matter is resolved.

Tenant shall execute a confirmation of the Lease Commencement Date, Lease Expiration Date and other dates as adjusted herein in such form as Landlord may reasonably request within ten (10) days after requested; any failure to respond within such time shall be deemed an acceptance of the matters as set forth in Landlord's confirmation. If Tenant disagrees with Landlord's adjustment of the Lease Commencement Date, Lease Expiration Date or other dates as adjusted herein, Tenant shall pay Rent and perform all other obligations commencing and ending on the date or dates determined by Landlord, subject to refund or credit when the matter is resolved.
