Term, Amendment, Assignment, Termination and Notice. A. This Agreement shall become effective as of the date set forth above for an initial term of two years and shall continue in effect from year to year thereafter provided that each such continuance is approved annually by the Board of Trustees of the Trust, including the vote of a majority of the Trustees who are not "interested persons" of the Trust, as defined by the 1940 Act and the rules thereunder.
