Common use of TERM A Clause in Contracts

TERM A. The term of this Lease shall be for a period of FOUR (4) years and ONE (1) month unless sooner terminated as hereinafter provided) and, subject to Paragraphs 2B and 3, shall commence on the 1st day of December, 1996 and end on the 31st day of December, 2000.
