TENURE BONUS. Bargaining unit employees shall receive a tenure bonus according to the following scale: $.30/hour 10-14 years $.35/hour 15-19 years (i.e. increase of an additional .05 cents) $.40/hour 20-24 years (i.e. increase of an additional .05 cents) $.45/hour 25 years + (i.e. increase of an additional .05 cents) $.50/hour 30 years + (i.e. increase of an additional .05 cents)
TENURE BONUS. If ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ serves as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer hereunder until February 28, 2027, within 30 days of that date the Company will pay him a cash bonus of $1,000,000 (the “Tenure Bonus”). If ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ service as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer hereunder ends before February 28, 2027, the payment of all or a portion of the Tenure Bonus will be governed by Section 3.c below.
