Common use of Tender Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Tender Evaluation. 6.1 The Tenderers may be called for interview to seek clarification of their tender or additional or supplemental information in relation to their tender. The presentations will not carry any weighting to the final score achieved by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, but will be used to clarify and moderate issues raised in the Tenderer’s submissions. Any areas of discrepancy between submissions and information gained from the presentations will be reviewed and scores previously awarded will be amended if necessary. 6.2 If the Council suspects that there has been an error in the pricing of a Tender, the Council reserves the right to seek such clarification, as it considers necessary from the Tenderer in question.
