TENDER DOCUMENT FEE. The tenderer shall deposit a sum of Rs. 590/- (Rupees Five hundred ninety only) as tender document fee along with the tender by Demand Draft/PO/BC/RTGS/NEFT. It should be in favour of RSMML payable at Jodhpur. Offers not accompanied with the tender fee will not be considered. Tender fee in any manner other than RTGS/NEFT/Demand Draft/ Bankers Cheque/ Bank Pay Orders will not be accepted.
TENDER DOCUMENT FEE. 3.11.1 In terms of the RFQ‐cum‐RFP, Bidders are required to deposit, on or before the scheduled Pre‐Proposal Conference as stated in Clause 2.4, a non‐refundable Tender Document Fee equivalent to amount of INR 50,000 (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) (the "Tender Document Fee") in the form of a Demand Draft from any scheduled/Nationalized bank in favour ofTamil Nadu Road Development Company Ltd.” payable at Chennai. The Interested party(/ies) shall pay the above Tender Document fee on or before the scheduled Pre‐Proposal Conference in order to attend the same. Further, if new parties would like to participate in the Tender after the scheduled Pre‐Proposal Conference, they shall ensure that the Tender Document Fee mentioned above be paid before Proposal Due Date.
TENDER DOCUMENT FEE a) The Tender documents may also be purchased from the office of ELCOT on payment of fees in Indian Rupees as mentioned in the Tender Data sheet. The Tender document is not transferable to any other Bidder. b) The Tender document cost may be paid by way of Demand Draft / ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s Cheque in favour of “Electronics Corporation of Tamil Nadu Limited”, payable at Chennai. c) Alternatively the Tender document can be downloaded free of cost from the websites mentioned in the Tender data sheet. The Tender document fee is waived for those documents downloaded.
