Tenant’s Responsibility for Animals. Tenant accepts full responsibility and liability for damages and injuries caused by any animal to either property or people. Any unauthorized animal on the Premises constitutes a breach of the Lease and Tenant shall pay $500 as Additional Rents for each unauthorized animal. Tenant shall have 72 hours to remove of the extra Animal or be subject to eviction.
