TENANT'S REPRESENTATIVE; RESPONSIBILITIES. Tenant shall designate an individual to be considered as Tenant's representative who shall have authority to approve and/or initiate changes with respect to Tenant's finish work. Unless specifically notified otherwise, Landlord may rely on the directives or instructions given by Tenant's representative and Tenant shall accept all decisions and be responsible for the payment of all cost for work related to changes or other improvements within the Lease Premises, as implemented under the direction of the representative.
