Common use of TENANT’S POST CLOSING OBLIGATIONS Clause in Contracts

TENANT’S POST CLOSING OBLIGATIONS. Tenant shall conduct the following actions and provide Landlord with written and photographic evidence of satisfactory completion of the activities listed below within ten (10) days of Tenant’s completion of each activity. Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for all of Landlord’s costs, including solicitors’ fees, incurred by Landlord in reviewing Tenant’s progress in completing the activities listed below. Tenant’s failure to timely comply with the Post-Closing Obligations below shall be deemed a Breach Event.
