Common use of Tenant’s Parking Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Parking. Landlord shall provide to Tenant monthly privileges in the number specified in Section 1.2 for the parking of automobiles, in common with use by other tenants from time to time of the Complex, and on a first-come, first-served basis, and Landlord shall not be obligated to furnish stalls or spaces on the Site specifically designated for Tenant’s use. Tenant covenants and agrees that it and all persons claiming by, through and under it, shall at all times abide by all reasonable rules and regulations promulgated by Landlord with respect to the use of the parking areas on the Site. The parking privileges granted herein are non-transferable except to a permitted assignee or subtenant as provided in Article XII below. Further, Landlord assumes no responsibility whatsoever for loss or damage due to fire, theft or otherwise to any automobile(s) parked on the Site or to any personal property therein, however caused, and Tenant covenants and agrees, upon request from Landlord from time to time, to notify its officers, employees, agents and invitees of such limitation of liability.
