Common use of Tenant’s Conflicts Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Conflicts. Tenant hereby covenants, warrants and represents that by executing this Lease and by the operation of the Premises under this Lease, it is not violating, has not violated and will not be violating any restrictive covenant or agreement contained in any other lease or contract affecting Tenant or any affiliate, associate or any other person or entity with whom or with which Tenant is related or connected financially or otherwise.

Tenant’s Conflicts. Tenant hereby covenants, warrants and represents that by executing this Lease and that by occupying the operation of the Leased Premises under this Lease, it Tenant is not violating, has not violated violated, and will not be violating violating, any restrictive covenant or agreement contained in any other lease or contract affecting the Tenant or any affiliate, affiliate or associate or any other person or entity with whom or with which Tenant is related or connected financially or otherwise.
