Common use of Tenant’s Application Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Application. If Tenant desires at any time to assign this Lease or to sublet the Premises or any portion thereof, Tenant shall submit to Landlord at least thirty (30) days prior to the proposed effective date of the assignment or sublease, in writing: (a) a notice of intent to assign or sublease, setting forth the proposed effective date thereof; (b) the name of the proposed assignee or subtenant; (c) the nature of the proposed assignee's or subtenant's business to be carried on in the Premises; (d) the terms and provisions of the proposed assignment or sublease: and (e) such financial information as Landlord may request concerning the proposed assignee or subtenant, including recent financial statements and bank references.
