Tenant shall, in a good and workmanlike manner, cause the Expansion Space to be improved and completed at Tenant's expense (subject to the Expansion Construction Allowance hereinafter provided) and in accordance with Tenant's Construction Documents, which work (including materials, supplies, components, labor and services therefor) is herein referred to as the "Tenant Work".
