Common use of Tenant to Notify Clause in Contracts

Tenant to Notify. The Tenant shall promptly notify the Landlord of any damage to, malfunction of, or deficiency or defect in any part of the Premises or any equipment or utility systems or installations therein or serving the Premises that might cause or result in injury to any person or property including the Building upon becoming aware of any such condition.
