Common use of Tenant Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Tenant Cooperation. Tenant shall, upon the request of Landlord or any Facility Mortgagee(s), and to the extent in Tenant’s possession, (i) provide Landlord and/or any Facility Mortgagee(s) with copies of all licenses, permits, occupancy agreements, operating agreements, leases, contracts, notes, inspection reports, studies, appraisals, assessments, default or other notices and similar materials reasonably requested in connection with any existing or proposed financing of the Resort or the Leased Property, and (ii) execute such reasonable collateral assignments with respect to the licenses and any of the other aforementioned agreements relating to the Resort or the Leased Property as Landlord and/or such Facility Mortgagee(s) may reasonably request in connection with any such financing, provided that no such collateral assignment shall modify the terms of this Lease.
