Tenant Access. Landlord shall provide Tenant at all times with convenient and unimpeded vehicular and pedestrian access to the Leased Premises from the Easement Areas and from the roadway system developed by Landlord or its affiliates as part of the Master Plan Improvements (as such term is defined in the Operating Agreement), except temporarily during times of emergency or required repair or as may otherwise be ordered by any governmental authority.
