Common use of Temporary Taking Clause in Contracts

Temporary Taking. The taking of any Leased Property, or any part thereof, by military or other public authority shall constitute a taking by condemnation only when the use and occupancy by the taking authority has continued for longer than six (6) months. During any such six (6) month period all the provisions of this Lease shall remain in full force and effect and Base Rent shall not be abated or reduced during such period of taking.

Temporary Taking. In the event of any such temporary taking, the entire amount of any such Award made for such temporary taking allocable to the Term of this Lease, whether paid by way of damages, rent or otherwise, shall not be abated or reduced during such period of takingpaid to Lessee.

The taking Taking of any the Leased Property, or any part thereof, by military or other public authority shall constitute a taking Taking by condemnation Condemnation only when the use and occupancy by the taking Taking authority has continued for longer than six (6) months. During any such six twelve (612) month period all the provisions of this Lease shall remain in full fill force and effect effect, and Base the Rent shall not be abated or reduced during such period of takingTaking; provided that Tenant will receive any compensation from the Taking authority as a result of such temporary Taking.

Temporary Taking. The taking of the Leased Property of any Leased Property---------------- Facility, or any part thereof, by military or other public authority shall constitute a taking by condemnation Condemnation only when the use and occupancy by the taking authority has continued for longer than six (6) months. During any such six (6) month period all the provisions of this Lease shall remain in full force and effect and Base except that the monthly Allocated Minimum Rent payable hereunder with respect to such Facility shall not be abated or reduced during such period of takingtaking as provided in Section 5.2.

During any such six (6) month 6)-month period all the provisions of this Lease shall remain in full force and effect and Base the Rent with respect to such portion of the Leased Property shall not be abated or reduced during such period of takingTaking.

During any such six (6) month ( 6)-month period all the provisions of this Lease shall remain in full force and effect and Base the Rent with respect to such portion of the Leased Property shall not be abated or reduced during such period of takingTaking.
