Common use of TEMPORARY SERVICE TIME LIMIT Clause in Contracts

TEMPORARY SERVICE TIME LIMIT. For non-permanent use, temporary service at secondary voltage will be provided for a period of time less than twelve (12) months. The Cooperative will not allow a temporary service connection to continue longer than twelve (12) months unless, for good cause shown, the Cooperative approves an extension of time for temporary service, such as the consumer has submitted an appropriate application for permanent service.
