Temporary Senior Notes. Until Definitive Senior Notes are ready for delivery, the Issuer and Bermuda Holdings may prepare and the Trustee shall authenticate temporary Senior Notes. Temporary Senior Notes shall be substantially in the form of Definitive Senior Notes but may have variations that the Issuer and Bermuda Holdings consider appropriate for temporary Senior Notes. Without unreasonable delay, the Issuer and Bermuda Holdings shall prepare and the Trustee shall authenticate Definitive Senior Notes and deliver them in exchange for temporary Senior Notes.
