Temporary Sanitary Facilities. 20.1 The CONTRACTOR shall provide and maintain necessary sanitary conveniences for the use of those employed on or about the WORK, properly secluded from public observation in such a manner and at such points as shall be approved by the OWNER'S representative, and their use shall be strictly enforced.
