Temporary or Provisional Assignment Sample Clauses

Temporary or Provisional Assignment. When the College decides to award a temporary or provisional assignment, it shall proceed as follows: a) all professionals, including those with job priority, shall be informed of and may apply for the assignment; b) if more than one professional is interested in the assignment, the College shall choose the most qualified professional who meets the requirements of the special project or replacement; c) if the College cannot award the assignment to a professional, it may award a provisional assignment to a person from another category of employment.
