Common use of Temporary Notes Clause in Contracts

Temporary Notes. (a) Pending the preparation of Definitive Notes pursuant to Section 2.13, the Issuer may execute, and upon receipt of an Issuer Order the Indenture Trustee shall authenticate and deliver, temporary Notes that are printed, lithographed, typewritten, mimeographed or otherwise produced of the tenor of the Definitive Notes in lieu of which they are issued and with such variations not inconsistent with the terms of this Indenture as the officers executing such Notes may determine, as evidenced by their execution of such Notes.

Temporary Notes. (a) Pending the preparation of Definitive Notes pursuant to Section 2.132.12, the Issuer may execute, and upon receipt of an Issuer Order the Indenture Trustee shall authenticate and deliver, temporary Notes that are printed, lithographed, typewritten, mimeographed or otherwise produced produced, of the tenor of the Definitive Notes in lieu of which they are issued and with such variations not inconsistent with the terms of this Indenture as the officers executing such Notes may determine, as evidenced by their execution of such Notes.

Temporary Notes shall be substantially in the form of Definitive Notes of like Series but may have variations that are printed, lithographed, typewritten, mimeographed or otherwise produced of the tenor of the Definitive Notes in lieu of which they are issued and with such variations not inconsistent with the terms of this the Indenture as the officers executing such Notes may determine, as evidenced by their execution of such Notes.

Temporary Notes shall be substantially in the form of Definitive Notes of like Series but may have variations that are printed, lithographed, typewritten, mimeographed or otherwise produced of the tenor of the Definitive Notes in lieu of which they are issued and with such variations not inconsistent with the terms of this Base Indenture as the officers executing such Notes Issuer may determine, as evidenced by their its execution of such Term Notes or Subordinated Notes.

Temporary Subordinated Notes shall be substantially in the form of Definitive Notes of like Series but may have variations that are printed, lithographed, typewritten, mimeographed or otherwise produced of the tenor of the Definitive Notes in lieu of which they are issued and with such variations not inconsistent with the terms of this Indenture as the officers executing such Subordinated Notes may determine, as evidenced by their execution of such Subordinated Notes.
