Until such exchange, temporary Notes shall be entitled to the same rights, benefits and privileges as definitive Notes.

Until such exchange, Holders of temporary Notes shall be entitled to all of the same rights, benefits and privileges as definitive Notesof this Indenture.

Until such exchange, temporary Notes shall be entitled to the same rights, benefits and privileges as definitive Notes.55
