Until such exchange, Holders of temporary Notes shall be entitled to all of the same rights, benefits and privileges as definitive Notesunder this Indenture.

Temporary Notes. Until Pending preparation of definitive Notes are prepared and ready for deliveryNotes, the Issuer Issuers may prepare and issue, and, upon its written request, the Trustee shall authenticate authenticate, in lieu of definitive Notes, one or more temporary Notes. Temporary printed or typewritten Notes shall be substantially in the form recited in this Indenture, in any Authorized Denomination. Upon written request of definitive Notes but may have variations that the Issuer considers appropriate for temporary Notes. Without unreasonable delayIssuers, the Issuer shall prepare and the Trustee shall authenticate definitive Notes in exchange for and upon surrender of an equal principal amount of temporary Notes. Until such exchangeso exchanged, temporary Notes shall be entitled to have the same rights, benefits remedies and privileges security hereunder as definitive Notes.

Temporary Notes. Until definitive Definitive Notes are prepared and ready for delivery, the Issuer Holdings may prepare and the Trustee shall authenticate temporary Notes. Temporary Notes shall be substantially in the form of definitive Definitive Notes but may have variations that the Issuer Holdings considers appropriate for temporary Notes. Without unreasonable delay, the Issuer Holdings shall prepare and the Trustee shall authenticate definitive Definitive Notes and deliver them in exchange for temporary Notes. Until Notes upon surrender of such exchange, temporary Notes shall be entitled at the office or agency of the Registrar without charge to the same rights, benefits and privileges as definitive NotesHolder.

Without unreasonable delay, the Issuer Issuers shall prepare and the Trustee shall authenticate definitive Notes in exchange for temporary Notes. Until such exchange, temporary Notes shall be entitled presented to the same rights, benefits and privileges as definitive Notesit.
