Temporary Insolvency Sample Clauses

Temporary Insolvency. If your Insured Customer's insolvency is in any way revoked or cancelled or it appears subsequently that there was no valid claim under the Policy we shall not be liable to pay your claim and you must refund to us in full any payments that we have already made.
