Temporary injunction. Pending the final fairness hearing before this court regarding the proposed settlement agreement, putative class members are enjoined from filing other class action lawsuits relating to the causes of action identified above. Further, any pending class action lawsuits in the state of Florida shall be abated pending the final fairness hearing.
Temporary injunction. At any time after such petition is filed, the court, on application of the Secretary, may issue a temporary injunction, restraining, to the extent it deems proper, the packer or swine con- tractor and his officers, directors, agents, and employees, from violating any of the provisions of the order pending the final determination of the appeal.

Upon surrender for cancellation of any one or more temporary Notes, the Issuer shall execute, and the Indenture Trustee shall authenticate and deliver in exchange therefor, a like principal amount of Definitive Notes of authorized denominations. Until so exchanged, the temporary Notes shall in all respects be entitled to the same benefits under this Indenture as Definitive Notes.

  • Temporary Upgrade An employee in a temporary upgrade status shall have no right to grieve or arbitrate release from such temporary upgrade status.
