Common use of TEMPORARY GLOBAL NOTE Clause in Contracts

TEMPORARY GLOBAL NOTE. This Global Note is a Temporary Global Note in respect of a duly authorised issue of Notes (the "Notes") of [[Essity Aktiebolag (publ) (the "Issuer")] / [Essity Capital B.V. (the "Issuer") as guaranteed by Essity Aktiebolag (publ) (the "Guarantor")], and having the provisions specified, in the attached Final Terms (the "Final Terms").
