Common use of Temporary Full-Time Clause in Contracts

Temporary Full-Time. A nurse who is engaged in a fixed term or task on a full-time basis. Such fixed terms or tasks will be greater than six (6) months in length and will not normally exceed a thirteen (13) month period, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
