Temporary Fire Access. Developer shall install and maintain a temporary gravel drive lane for fire access extending east from the ▇▇▇▇▇ Street terminus to the Riverwalk promenade. This fire access shall be installed prior to a certificate of occupancy is issued for Building One and remain in place until a permanent fire access lane is constructed with Building Two. The temporary fire access lane shall be maintained year-round and kept clear of snow.
