Temperature Settings. Prior to loading Food Shipments, Carrier must ensure that the cold storage compartments are prepared for safely transporting the Food Shipments. Carrier must pre- cool each mechanically refrigerated cold storage compartment as specified in writing, and must set operating temperatures to ensure Food Shipments are at all times maintained at the set temperature point or within the temperature range specified in writing. Once the transportation operation is complete and upon request, Carrier must provide documentation that it maintained temperature conditions during the transportation operation consistent with the operating temperature specified by BROKER or BROKER’s customer’s instructions.
